The Simple Truth

 
I took this photograph as I was walking along a popular shopping strip in Sydney while I was vacationing there earlier this year.
 
(By the way,  I think I may just go live there one day, sorry Melbourne!)
 
Eating well -
I don't intend to make it sound easy as I know it just not is.
 
BUT...
when you eat better you think better
and when you think better
recovery will be undoubtedly closer
 to being all yours.
