When you carry many thoughts and emotions that are often difficult to speak about to others, visualisation can be helpful for many reasons:
It's time for just for you.
It's free.
It centers you.
It decreases stress.
The list of benefits goes on...
You can either use visualisation to manage personal hurts (as the exercise above illustrates) or you can use different techniques to create the life and future you most desire.
Either way it's definitely worth a try
